We act as an independent  share trustee for special purpose companies and financing entities where there is a requirement for the funding vehicle (SPV) to be bankruptcy remote from the originator of the assets been financed, thereby reducing the investors risk from an  event of default by the originator. We can supply a charitable trust deed and support the entity's company secretarial processes in a responsive manner.
