Boru Capital was founded by Neil Fleming.
Neil was an executive director in one of Ireland's largest financial services outsourcing and corporate services business, with responsibility for Finance (CFO), Operations (COO), Treasury and Compliance across it's European subsidiaries . He has served on the compliance and risk committees of the Capital Markets division of one of Ireland's largest banks and also acted as Cover Asset Monitor for Ireland’s two public credit covered bond issuers, involving over €40bn of assets.
Neil is a chartered accountant and has held regulator approved non-executive/executive director and head of function positions in Ireland and Luxembourg. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, the Institute of Directors and an Accredited Fund Professional.
He has served as a non-executive director of various boards in the financial services arena (aircraft leasing, ETPs/ETNs, lending, securities, electronic money etc.) and the global treasury sector and was also a founding member of a start up in the mortgage lending space.
